The program starts at 5:30 p.m. with a series of lightning talks from faculty in the MSU College of Arts & Letters, College of Communication Arts and Sciences, and College of Music. These three minute presentations will offer insight into what is driving and animating their current work.

The first in a series of Digital Humanities workshops at Fordham, Kristin Mapes has been invited to give a workshop titled "Digital Humanities: What it is and How to get Started" where she will be introducing and defining the Digital Humanities for attendees, including some work with digital tools to get scholars and teachers thinking about what DH can offer them.
